REWARDS CHECKING
Variable Rate Account: The interest rate for this account is ___% with an annual percentage yield of ___%. This interest rate and annual percentage yield may change.

Effect of Closing an Account: If you close your account within 90 days of the opening date, you will be charged a fee of $20.00.
Minimum Balance Information: The minimum balance to open this account is $20,000 or an aggregate current balance of this account and qualified statement savings accounts equaling $20,000.
Balance for Interest: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the collected balance in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $20,000 in the account (or an aggregate) each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. No minimum balance is required to earn interest.
Accrual of Interest on Non-cash Deposits: Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of non-cash items (for example, checks).
Maintenance Fee: If the low collected balance during any one day in a statement cycle falls below $20,000, or the aggregate current balance of this account and qualified statement savings account falls below $20,000 on a statement cycle day, we will charge you a fee of $20.00 for that cycle. Your daily balance on each day is the ending balance of the account from the previous day, plus deposits and minus withdrawals made that business day.
Limitations: Only statement savings accounts will be qualified accounts for aggregation for computation of service charges on this account. The primary or secondary account holder of this account must be a primary or secondary account holder of the statement savings account to be a qualified account.
STUDENT REWARDS CHECKING
To Open the Account: The minimum balance required to open this account is $50.00.
Maintenance Fee: You will not be charged a maintenance fee on this account.
Limitations: You must be 23 years old or younger to qualify for this account and be a three-quarter time to full-time student. Bank policy states a parent or guardian will be a joint account holder with any person under the age of 18. This account will automatically be converted to a regular checking account on your 24th birthday. This account requires enrollment in First Net Banking (Internet Banking).
Incentives: Free first order of Education Ed checks is offered with this account. A free debit card will be offered to the account holder. After six (6) months of favorable active usage, and three (3) proofs of account reconcilements, increase in daily dollar limits will be considered subject to credit approval.
Effect of Closing an Account: If you close your account within 120 days of the opening date, you will be charged a fee of $25.00.

Balance for Interest: Except for students and minor children, a minimum daily balance of $100 is required to earn interest on this account. If your daily balance falls below $100 on any day, you will not earn interest on that day. No minimum daily balance is required for students and minor children to earn interest on this account.

Fees: The following fees may be assessed against your account:
Your account will be charged a $5.00 withdrawal fee for each withdrawal over one in each calendar quarter.
Transaction Limitations: Bank policy states a parent or guardian's signature will be obtained on any withdrawal from your Silver Dollar Savers Club account.
For each deposit of $5.00 or more, you will receive one qualifying credit on your Silver Dollar Savers Club Card. There is a limit of one qualifying credit per week. Automatic transfers will not be qualifying deposits for this account.
Bonuses: When you have ten (10) qualifying credits on your Silver Dollar Savers Club Card, we will deposit a bonus of $5.00 into your Club Account.
When your Silver Dollar Savers Club account reaches a balance of $500, you may transfer funds without penalty to a "Silver Savers Certificate". This certificate of deposit is available to Silver Savers Club members with a minimum of only $500 at regular CD rates as posted in our Bank lobby.

Instant Cash Card Withdrawals and Deposits at ATM machines: You can make deposits to checking or savings accounts at many Cirrus Network ATMs. You can make cash withdrawals from checking and savings accounts at our ATM and from other ATMs affiliated with the Instant Cash or Cirrus networks. Your daily withdrawal limit is listed on your Instant Cash Card application form.
Instant Cash & Check Card: In addition to the Instant Cash checking account ATM services above, this card can be used in place of a check to purchase products and services from any merchant displaying the VISA logo. Your daily point-of-sale limit is listed on your Instant Cash Card application form.
