Customer Service Representative: Full Time
Our Customer Service Representatives (CSR) perform a wide variety of customer service and related duties. A CSR greets our customers, makes them feel welcome in the lobby or over the phone; accurately and efficiently processes transactions which include but are not limited to; deposits, opening/closing accounts, cashing checks, and loan payments. In addition the CSR will ask customers questions and listen in order to identify their additional financial needs to provide the right products and services which will deepen our customer relationships. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prefer Associates degree in accounting, finance, business management, or related field with one to two years of cash handling experience. Knowledge in IRAs and trust accounts a plus. We are open to training the right candidate with a positive attitude!
